The Story of “WHY” Dennis Harper DC created Harper Restoration System
& the driving forces behind his continued development!

Short Version:

It took years to figure out what pushed me so strong into healthcare. When I was in first grade I sat next to a beautiful blond girl. I remember it was March because I got her a little teddy bear for Easter. It was 1962. I have memory of her smiling at me with the sun shining through the window behind her blond
curly hair making her face sparkle. The memory is burned deep in my subconscious. She was dead within a month from leukemia. When I was in third and fourth grade I started drawing pictures of healing people walking through radial waves. Never understood why.
Everything I have ever tried to get out of healthcare has failed. When I finally decided I’m here to change the world everything started happening in a positive way. The has opened up given me ideas to develop new procedures that no one else is done.
This has prompted me to build Harper Restoration System. A system moving forward all the time to make safe, simple and efficient methods to treat patients.

In Depth Version:

My story:
I never consciously knew why I had such a drive to heal people until a few years ago.  You see, from the age of 9-10 I had been drawing pictures of people walking through a  radio wave machine and being healed. I determined fairly early in life that in order to fulfill my other passions which were hunting and fishing being a Chiropractor in Idaho would fit the bill nicely. My goal was to build a successful practice and retire after 20 years! Everything I ever tried to get out of healthcare failed. I pushed as hard as I could in my practice and again when I started teaching Ozone. My life became a series of 1
step forward and 2 steps back years that left me in despair!

Several years ago, I was tired, frustrated, and ready to give up. At this record low point in my life I realized change was necessary for my mental and physical wellbeing. It was during this transforming period that I discovered how and what had been the defining moment in my life.

While doing some “energy” work (as many of you know, a hobby of mine) I was trying to think of a happy moment in my life to see if another could pick up the emotion I was conveying with nothing but touch. As I searched through my memories I made a shocking discovery! I couldn’t find a “Happy” moment. I had done many fun things in my life, probably more than most but to find a truly happy moment was beyond me. As these thoughts ran through my mind the person trying to read my emotion said one word…”Sad”. Immediately a picture flashed into my mind of a beautiful little blond girl sitting in our first-grade classroom, the sun shining through the big window, sparkling on her beautiful blond curls, she was smiling at the teddy bear I had given her as an Easter gift. A month later she was dead of Leukemia.

I had buried that memory deep in my subconscious for all those years, never recognizing what had driven me to this point. Suddenly I knew that my purpose was to change the face of healthcare as we know it and with that realization things began to move in a more positive direction, the push disappeared and I felt open to ideas which led to the development of new procedures that no one else is doing.

This has prompted me to build Harper Restoration System. A system moving forward all the time to develop safe, easy and highly efficient, cost effective methods to treat patients.
