HO HO HO LET HRS SAVE YOU SOME DOUGH!!

As we enter another season of hustle and bustle, holiday cheer and the prospect of enjoying time with family and friends HRS would like to gift you our extended family with a few tips and tricks to help simplify your schedule, increase your productivity and at the same time possibly save you a bundle!

Many of us feel that it is good business to order Biologic Allograft 1 or 2 vials at a time, as we have patients schedule for procedures. This eliminates the need to store them and saves us money by only ordering what we need at the time, rather than purchasing in lots of 5. Realize that it costs exactly the same to ship 10 vials once as it costs to ship 1 vial. But the cost of shipping 1 vial  10 times is significantly more!

Our suggestion is to think about scheduling ½ day or 1 day a week/month that is strictly devoted to Allographic Procedures. Schedule the day fill it and then place your order saving money on shipping and likely increasing productivity in the office. Think about a day where everyone knew what the next days patients are coming in for. No surprises, no unscheduled events to throw a wrench in the works. Supplies are ready, staff is psyched, patients are seen everything runs like clockwork and it’s smooth sailing all the way to the end of the day!
