*** HRS, Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better! ***
The above quote came from our Private Office Training done last weekend in Grand Junction, Colorado. We spent the weekend with the winners of the Quantum 5 Ozone Generator at our Second Annual Stem Cell Conference held in October 2019. They were one of the offices that booked a training during the weekend and their name was drawn!
As anyone who knows Dr. Harper knows; no two classes are ever the same! He always makes every effort to give our attendees exactly what they need to be successful. In the last couple years, he calls all our registered practitioners prior to a training to get to know a bit about them and find out what they are looking for from the weekend.
In our efforts to make our doctors the most successful, we have come to understand that many come and learn techniques, but struggle with implementation. In the past year we have spent considerably more time covering this topic. During our October Event we had the pleasure of getting to know HEROS Coach Andy Belanger he and Brenden Cochran work together helping practices become more successful. Dr. Harper was very impressed by the information Andy shared with us that weekend.
As we continue to put the finishing touches on the Doctor/Patient Roadmap Membership Program we are working in conjunction with Brenden and Andy in a progressive training model that will include practical training as well as the business skills to make what you learn successful. I will give you a bit of a sneak peek (don’t tell Dr. Harper!) at what that might look like! We will teach 4-5 classes during the year, each one building on the one before. As an example: Differential Diagnosis, Exam techniques, and NOT therapy along with Andy teaching “The Health of Business and “The Business of Health”. Each weekend will be structured in this manner and will build on the skills acquired during the previous classes.
We did a bit of this on our weekend in Grand Junction (minus Andy) we taught the skills Dr. Harper is renowned for on Saturday treating patients and staff. Sunday we spent time with Q & A and then we did a complete office walk through. Focusing on function, flow and ideas about marketing new skills. As you can gather from the testimonial at the beginning of this article, our visit has already made a positive impact.
Stay tuned for “The Doctor/Patient Roadmap to Success”!
