HRS 2.5 Day 1-on-1 Trainings For Practitioners IN OUR OFFICE in Orofino Idaho
Join Dr. Dennis Harper and Shirley for a 1-on-1 private 2.5 day training that is tailored specifically to your needs! Whether it’s Basic or Advanced Ozone, Injection Techniques, Protocols, Biologic Allograft for home and office use, you will find it all here!
Spend Thursday shadowing Dr. Harper; see first hand how he successfully sees as many patients as he does in a day, listen and learn how he approaches patients whether new patients or injection patients and hear the actual discussions they have about treatment options. Friday will be devoted to one-on-one training for you and a staff member (should you choose to bring one). Saturday will be your final half-day and will be used to answer questions, clarify information, and get you a solid plan to implement Monday morning!

Training Option #2
HRS 1-on-1 Shadowing Opportunity For Practitioners at our Orofino Clinic
This is a 1 to 4 day opportunity for you to travel to Orofino Idaho and shadow Dr. Harper to see how we run our successful practice implementing all of the HRS practices and techniques. Choose 1 or multiple days during the week (Monday-Thursday) working with Dr. Harper in the clinic. See firsthand how he successfully sees as many patients as he does in a day, listen and learn how he approaches patients, and hear actual discussions about treatment options. Each day will include plenty of time for Q&A as well as any didactic information you need. At the end of the shadowing, we will work with you to create a initial “Roadmap” that will allow you to go back to your own home office with a clear path to success!
Cost is $995 per day.

Join Dr’s Cochran & Harper for a weekend of training focusing on the Harper Restoration Pain Elimination Paradigm. This paradigm will give you the foundation to evaluate & address your patients pain, from root cause to resolution or effective management. Most importantly we will focus on what makes sense for your patients! Are you treating your patient, your pocketbook, or both? When you leave our training you will have a solid foundation that will show you how to treat a patient safely, thoroughly, cost effectively and profitably!
During our time together we will be teaching the foundation of any treatment option: The physical examination. We will dissect each part of the 4-minute exam. Dr. Harper and Cochran will be assisting you to become comfortable with a hands-on exam.
You will learn our 4 Minute Exam including observational skills during our hands on workshops for all of the below major pain area’s:
- Foot evaluation and exams
- Knee evaluation and exams
- Hip evaluation and exams
- Head & Neck evaluation and exams
- Shoulder evaluation and exams
- Seated Arm evaluation and exams
With each section we will discuss treatment plans that make sense, and subsequent follow up visits.
During this unique training we will dive into what to do if progress is not meeting expectations.
- Is it the treatment? Re-evaluate, Re-assess – Don’t be afraid to redirect based on exam and outcomes.
- Is it the patient? Hormone/Thyroid or other issues inhibiting progress?
- Is it Patient Compliance? How to address the elephant in the room.
Finally we will close on Saturday by “putting it all together” with our “Pain Elimination Paradigm” a how to guide of treatment options.
